OUR PRODUCTS AND BRANDS
PantryWise only sources and stocks Australian-made products from local brands and farmers. All of our stockists are conscious of the materials and ingredients they use, and we hand pick each of them. We consciously only select products that benefit the consumer’s health, the environment, and local economy.
At this stage, we offer non-refrigerated edible products for your pantry, as well as bath & beauty supplies for your bathroom and self-care, and household goods to suit your sustainable lifestyle needs at home.
We are so excited that you would like to join the PantryWise Community! We carefully select suppliers to ensure they meet strict requirements. These include:

- Use only sustainable ingredients/materials
- Packaging is as eco-friendly as possible.

We use second-hand boxes and absolutely no plastic. Our packaging is completely Australian made!
For package filler, we use white ‘beans' made from corn-starch to keep your order safe during transport, which are biodegradable and dissolve in water. We believe in minimal packaging, so there are no unnecessary layers or boxes around here!
PantryWise partners with Sendle, a 100% carbon-neutral delivery service. Sendle operates with "hub and spoke" providers rather than point-to-point, so it’s more like parcels taking public transport, rather than each one driving in their own car. It’s much more cost-effective and environmentally friendly, but you will still get your order safely and within a reasonable time - promise!
Unfortunately we currently can’t offer international shipping; we only deliver Australia wide. Our focus is to support manufacturers and businesses in Australia and contribute to the local economy through Australian made production and consumption. And of course, we are trying to avoid the carbon footprint that comes with overseas shipping!

For all others, shipping rates apply based on the weight of your parcel, starting from AU$10. We don’t offer express postage as it has a significantly larger environmental impact than standard shipping! If you need your order to come to you extra quickly, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
We will dispatch your order within 2 business days from when you order. From there, delivery time varies depending on where you live within Australia, though most parcels should arrive within a week after dispatch. Please note we are based in Sydney, so local public holidays do apply and may delay shipping. Also, Sendle is unable to offer deliveries to PO Boxes at this stage. If you need a PO Box delivery, please reach out and we’ll see what we can do!!
We will email you your tracking number after the package has been sent.
Our courier Sendle, also offers the option to track your parcel on their website: https://try.sendle.com/en-au/tracking
AND you will also receive email notifications of your parcel’s status on the email address provided when creating your order.
For security and compliance reasons PantryWise requires a signature when Sendle delivers the parcel. If the driver attempts delivery but no one is home, the driver will leave a card and you’ll receive an email with the instructions to book a redelivery (at the email address you used when creating your order). If the parcel is not booked for redelivery within five days, the parcel will be returned to us.
All parcels returned to us due to incorrect delivery address supplied, acceptance refusal or unable to deliver, will incur a return fee. If you wish to have your parcel redelivered, delivery charges will need to be paid again.

The easiest way for you to return a product is emailing us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your goods.
PantryWise will assess your case and get back to you with confirmation of either you are eligible for a refund or product replacement upon assessment.
