Introducing the family owned and operated since 1997 Carob orchard, the oldest organic carob operation in Australia. Using only natural methods, each tree is home grown from seed and grafted in the paddock by David and Carol Solomon, who still hand nurture and care for each of their 3,500 trees today.

The Carob Kitchen is completely Australian owned and operated, with all of their products 100% Australian grown. They have a passion for food and love of Carob, and aim to share this with you through their amazing products and fabulous recipes.
